The best advice I would give to both existing and new is to run those decisions by your accounting professional first.

We don't just know your finances, we understand your leadership quirks, your team's intricacies (good and bad) and know your org's spending habits.

Just asking the question or sharing your thoughts or ideas with your accounting professional before making a final decision can save your organization hurdles.
