Adam Freeland’s journey is living proof of the American dream.

He grew up in a family that had to pinch every penny. Out of high school, he didn’t know how he was going to pay for college.

So, he joined the Navy.

That experience taught him hard work, team-first values, and deep discipline.

Years later, those exact lessons brought him to Harford Financial Group.

Now, as he celebrates 20 years with our firm, Adam sat down with Jacob to talk about his path from the Navy to business ownership.

Happy Boss’s Day to Adam Freeland, Melissa Mullan, Donna, and Mallory Eneix!

Our team is so grateful to have leaders who genuinely care about us. They work hard every day to make sure our staff is supported, valued, and treated like family.

To celebrate, the team chipped in to get lunch from Seasons Pizza (the hot honey pepperoni was the clear favorite) and put together personalized gifts for each of them.

A special shoutout to Melissa Anne and Bryan for organizing the food and gifts! And the biggest thank you goes to our four leaders, thank you for everything you do to support our team and our clients!

It’s safe to say our annual fall potluck was a hit! 🍗
