🚨 No earned income = NO tax refund 🚨

No W-2 🚫
No 1099 🚫
No self-employment income 🚫
That means no refundable credits 💸🚫

You CANNOT claim EITC, Child Tax Credit, or Head of Household with zero earned income. That’s not how taxes work 📑

Refunds come from income‼️‼️
If someone says they can get you a refund with no income, they’re lying or adding fraudulent income 🚩

🚨 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🚨

You CANNOT claim your friend's, cousin’s, etc.. child as your nephew/niece on your taxes.
Even if the return is accepted and paid, the IRS can send a letter requiring proof of relationship and eligibility.

❗ If you cannot provide proper documentation, you will owe back the credits.

🚫 You also CANNOT just “sell” kids or pass children around to claim credits.

The IRS has cracked down — that era is over.
