New for 2026! Save any receipts you have for charitable donations!

There’s a new tax benefit for charitable giving in 2026. Under the Working Families Tax Cuts, taxpayers who don’t itemize may be able to deduct up to $1,000 in cash contributions to certain qualified organizations, or up to $2,000 for married couples filing jointly.
