William Reynolds Sr began the agency in 1974 with the goal of providing outstanding service to his costumers. Colleen, our Office Manager, joined the agency in 1987, and along with office and underwriting skills

, she brought a real desire to help us become the best! Bill's oldest son, William H (Bill Jr) graduated college and became a licensed broker and joined the office staff full-time in 2005. As the primary underwriter, he is usually the first point of contact for all new business. Carol began working for the business in 2001, bringing with her 15 years experience working at Allstate. Missy arrived in 2006 after working in customer service in the banking industry. Vicky also started full-time in 2006, and is in charge of premium financing and bookkeeping. Throughout the years our growth has come from referrals from our customers. We currently serve policy holders not only on Long Island, but all throughout New York. We have a toll-free line (888-216-8800) and that along with our internet presence helps us service virtually anyone anywhere. We are active in community affairs and invest both time and funding in local charities. We are a team sponsor of the North Bellport Athletic Association, Bellport High School, Longwood Lionbackers, along with many local Church and Community Outreach programs. Bill Reynolds Sr has served since 2005 on the Governing Committee for the New York State Auto Insurance Plan as a Public Member, appointed by the Superintendent of Insurance.

During Covid 19, we are open 9-3 pm weekdays only. Masks are required and we only allow 1 person in the office at a time. Our counters are all plexi-glassed. For payments please call instead of coming down - All credit card fees are waived during this time. Please note that our payroll is very reduced and we are doing the best to help you through this trying situation.

Really pleased to announce that we have just received bank indicators showing our first federal refunds will arrive and be printed in our office on Monday 2/4. Arriving are 9 federal refund checks!! this certianly shows the Tax season is up and running!! If you have not already drooed or emailed your stuff to me - lets get going :)

BREAKING NEWS
The Internal Revenue Service announced today that it is providing taxpayers an additional day to file and pay their taxes following system issues that surfaced early on the April 17 tax deadline. Individuals and businesses with a filing or payment due date of April 17 will now have until midnight on Wednesday, April 18. Taxpayers do not need to do anything to receive this extra time.

Great News! IRS has informed us that they have released 62 Federal Refunds which we will Print tomorrow (figure around 1 pm)- these are the first of the "credit" delayed returns. Looks like we will soon be at refunds 5 to 7 days from E-filing!! If you haven't already given us your tax papers - Now is the time - Most returns are prepared within 24 hours and are ready to sign and file thereafter!!!

The IRS will begin accepting tax returns on Jan. 29, with nearly 155 million individual tax returns expected to be filed in 2018. The nation’s tax deadline will be April 17 this year – so taxpayers will have two additional days to file beyond April 15

Prepaying real estate taxes now can get you your deduction before it is lost if over 10,000 (and that also includes NYS local taxes which will no longer be deducted when in conjunction with Property taxes are over 10K - So pay them NOW before 12/31/17 and get your tax relief on your 2017 taxes - See below for more ideas!!!
