Meet Charlotte, our new Quickbooks and Accounting Specialist!

Charlotte has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional. She brings extensive experience assisting clients with QuickBooks, correcting accounting errors, and maintaining accurate financial records and reports. She has also helped numerous businesses improve cost tracking through proper bookkeeping classifications and the effective use of projects within QuickBooks.

Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids. She also enjoys traveling and reading. We are excited to welcome Charlotte to our team and look forward to the expertise she will bring to DeSpain Accounting.

Meet Avery, our new Front Office Assistant and Customer Care Representative!

She will manage our front counter and assist clients with scheduling, document drop-offs and pickups, general questions, and other customer-service needs.

Avery is a full-time student at EAC working towards a degree in Psychology for substance abuse and addiction recovery. She loves to be outdoors, cook and bake, and loves embroidery.

She is excited to bring her customer service experience to DeSpain Accounting and provide friendly and professional assistance you can count on!

Meet Nicola, our new staff accountant! She will be working closely with Dustin.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management with an Emphasis in Finance from BYU-Idaho. Now that she has finished school, she plans to earn her CPA. She discovered her love for accounting during her previous work in both for-profit and nonprofit financial management. She is excited to use her knowledge to assist our clients with their accounting needs.

She lives in Sierra Vista with her husband and five children. When she’s not working, you can usually find her trying a new bread recipe, on the sidelines of one of her kids’ sporting events, or coaching volleyball.
