Hello Everyone!! So looks like we're in for a doozey this weekend! I just wanted to reach out and let everyone know I will still be open doing taxes. If you want to bring your stuff in NOW ahead of your appointment and the weather, you absolutely can!! As you all already know, I'm fully booked so there aren't any other appointments available to switch to (unless you wanna come in June 🤣). So like I said, you're welcome to drop stuff off ahead of time and then I will plan to do your stuff still at your scheduled time. Also - the City has declared a "snow emergency" so they're asking for no parking on the street. You can still park out front. They are just referring to long term parking (overnight). So if you're going to brave the storm, we'll see ya this weekend! Stay safe!

***Saturday March 14th we are closing early at 3pm!! Open Sunday at 1pm. Drop off slot in the door available 24/7

Due to Winter Storm Elsa- there will be a City Wide Snow Emergency in effect from Saturday March 14th at 6:00pm through Monday March 16th at Noon. No on street parking will be permitted!

Please stay safe, and give our City crew a chance to safely take care of our streets.

**We understand this isn’t ideal. If you need to run into a business quick, we understand that. We’re trying to avoid long term parking in residential areas with the heavy amount of snow that’s coming!

For those with new born children since Jan 1, 2025, here is the link to sign up for the Trump account if you so choose. If you haven't had your appointment yet, we can definitely talk about them there! It appears this is just for the new babies. I'm not sure yet when the Dell Account sign up for $250 for 10 and under will start. I'll keep ya posted and share when I know more.

Hey guys! We decided to close the office tomorrow, Friday, Jan 23rd due to the extreme cold forecasted. If you need to drop off paperwork, there is a drop off slot in the door you can use. We will reopen Monday the 26th at 9am. Thanks for understanding and stay warm!

Well if you've called in the last day or two, you've gotten the message that our in person appointments are fully booked through April 15th. (the calendar opened in November). You're still more than welcome to drop them off! I do lots of returns in the evenings or between appointments. But don't wait! I do my drop offs in the order received. Or, if you're not in a rush, book an appointment in May and get an extension discount on your filing fee. Call us for details! Thank you to all of our customers who come back every year to see us! You're the reason we do it!

Exciting update!!
The appointment calendar opens November 3rd at 9am for the 2025 income tax filing season. I am still NOT taking on any new clients - Sorry!! But for returning clients, I will have a new way available to schedule appointments - Online! If you don't want to call 100 times trying to get through, just book your appointment yourself online! (You can always stop in to book or call us- this is just another way to book). Just click the link below!

**Please note - the link will not work until we "turn on" the online appointments (at 9am Nov 3rd) so clicking it now won't get you anywhere. We just wanted to let people know ahead of time this will be available.

Just wanted to make a quick post saying our appointment calendar for 2024 income taxes is now officially open! We are open today until 4pm but our off-season hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am-4pm. Feel free to give us a call and schedule any time. 920-361-2499

Well, an era is certainly coming to an end here at the tax office. Mary Lou is officially retired after today! She's been helping out here since I left for college starting with just nights and weekends after her normal job.. to then full time a few years later to then Double time after my dad got sick and then passed away. She's literally been my right hand woman - with me every step of the way inside the office and out. Helping with Kiwanis, Farmers Market, our Farm, our Family and just anything and everything you can imagine. There's no question she will be missed down here on the corner, but we wish her nothing but the best on her new journey in Retirement! Thank you Mary Lou for your 16+ years of hard work and dedication!! And Enjoy your retirement!!

Today's the day many of you have been waiting for! The 2024 appointment calendar is officially open! You can call or stop in to schedule your appointment any time now for income taxes.

I will also be offering the Extension Discounts again this year. The extension discount is an offer to save 15% off your income tax prep fee (up to $50) for those individuals who schedule their appointments by March 15th for any time AFTER May 15th- meaning they are pre signing up for an extension. This is a great option for those looking to save a few bucks on their tax prep fees and aren't in a hurry to get their refunds back. But remember, extensions extend the time to file the tax return (usually 6 months to Oct 15th), but they don't extend the time to pay; so if you owe money, the payment is due April 15th.

I should also mention that we are not currently taking any new clients on. I thank you all for the recommendations, but I am maxed out for what I can do.

Our normal business hours for the rest of the year are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9-4. Other times available by appointment. I also have tax school this month and Thanksgiving so it's a good idea to call ahead.
