The annual Belmont County Master Gardener Plant Swap will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Belmont County Fairgrounds Wise Building, 45420 Roscoe Road, St. Clairsville. Gardeners should bring plants by 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
