She has very little patience for "that's how we've always done it."

She thinks like a CBO, operates like a COO, sells like an entrepreneur, and somehow turns casual conversations into strategy sessions.

Celebrating 10 years of WomanUP! and the powerful theme, Reignite Your Why.

As a proud WomanUpper, it feels so good to be back with my tribe, just as Debra Trappen so perfectly describes WomanUp. There’s something special about being in a space filled with women who lead boldly, connect deeply, and rise together.

And for me, this theme hits home. As a YKnot! Strategist, I know I’m in the right place. This conference is a reminder of purpose, passion, and the power of women in real estate coming together to elevate one another.
