🎓💙 A PROUD BRUIN MOMENT — HONORED TO GIVE BACK

I am deeply honored and humbled to be invited once again by the UCLA Pilipino Alumni Association (UCLA PAA) to serve as an Awards Presenter at the “Distinguished Alumni of the Year 2026” celebration this October 3, 2026.

Having been honored myself as a UCLA PAA Distinguished Alumnus of the Year 2016 (including the university's alumni "Top 100 Bruins in Business" (2025), returning a decade later to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of today’s outstanding Bruins is a truly meaningful full-circle moment.

UCLA continues to stand among the world’s great universities—recently named the No. 1 public university in America by U.S. News & World Report’s 2027 rankings, while its 2026 global rankings placed UCLA No. 4 among public universities worldwide.

Its legacy of excellence is extraordinary, with 17 Nobel Laureates, 3 Pulitzer Prize winners, and an impressive constellation of Bruins who have earned recognition across the worlds of Oscar Emmy, Tony and Golden Globe entertainment.

But beyond the rankings and accolades, what makes UCLA truly special is its people—the students, alumni, faculty and leaders who continue to turn knowledge, ambition and opportunity into meaningful contributions to the world.

As a proud Bruin and a former Distinguished Alumni honoree, it is a privilege to stand on that stage once again—not simply to present awards, but to celebrate the next generation of leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, artists and changemakers.

To honor this year's 2026 excellence this Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, from 4p-8p, in a private home in Rancho Palos Verdes overlooking the stunning Pacific Ocean, with musical performances, w**e pouring throughout the evening, and fabulous dinner and live auction, register at the link below.

🇺🇸 HAPPY LABOR DAY! — CELEBRATING THE AMERICAN SPIRIT OF ACHIEVEMENT 🇺🇸

This Labor Day carries an especially meaningful moment for me. I am deeply honored and humbled to share that I have been selected again for inclusion in the upcoming 79th Edition of Marquis' "Who’s Who in America", scheduled for release this late 2026 or early 2027, in both its online and print publications.

Founded in 1898, Marquis' Who’s Who has chronicled the accomplishments of prominent individuals and accomplished professionals for more than a century. Its distinguished publications have recognized an extraordinary spectrum of people—from world leaders, entertainers and scientists to innovators, executives and other notable figures. Among those who have been featured are Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, President John F. Kennedy, President Ronald Reagan, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and many more influential figures whose accomplishments have left a lasting mark on history.

To be selected again for this distinguished publication is not simply an honor—it is a reminder that hard work, perseverance, vision and service can create a legacy that reaches far beyond ourselves.

As a CPA, entrepreneur, entertainment executive, CFO and executive producer of River Rock Films, I have always believed that success is most meaningful when it is built through dedication, relationships, integrity and the courage to keep moving forward.

On this Labor Day, I celebrate not only this personal milestone, but the millions of hardworking Americans whose dedication keeps our communities, businesses and nation moving forward every day.

🇺🇸 To every worker, entrepreneur, professional, creator, business owner and dreamer—today we celebrate YOU. May we continue to work hard, dream bigger, lift others higher and leave something meaningful behind. (Sept. 7, 2026)
Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

From Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, Oprah Winfrey, Taylor Swift, General Colin Powell, actress Linda Carter, Warren Buffet, to numerous Nobel Peace, Pullitzer and Guggenheim winners and global prominent leaders in business, politics, arts and entertainment, sports, government and science, Marquis Who’s Who has remained the standard for reliable and comprehensive biographical data since 1898.

With a stringent selection criteria, the editorial team of 70, including 12 researchers, make the call on whose notable and who’s not. The selection of individuals for listing in its publications "is based on reference value. Individuals become eligible for listing by virtue of their positions and/or noteworthy achievements that have proved to be of significant value to society. An individual's desire to be listed is not sufficient reason for inclusion. Similarly, wealth or social position are not criteria. Purchase of the book is never a factor in the selection of biographies" [Wikepedia]

Thank you to the editorial team of Marquis for selecting me to be in your exclusive group of outstanding individuals. (April 7, 2026)
