As we approach the fourth quarter of 2024 (I know, right?!) I just want to remind EVERYONE that this is the time to start thinking about taxes and good financial housekeeping practices.

Will you have all your records in order to hand over to your accountant in January? Do you file your own taxes and just want to maximize your deductions?

Now is the best time to hire an accountant and/or bookkeeper so they have time to set you up for success before 1099 and tax season hits and they’re too busy to give you the time of day for several months.

Now providing payroll services through Gusto! This is a very user-friendly platform that collects your payroll taxes as you go, then pays all the required tax agencies on your behalf- ON TIME! No surprise tax bills here. It integrates easily with QuickBooks Online and you can easily import your payroll history if you’re switching from another provider. If you might be interested in getting some help with your payroll give me a call or shoot a text.

Took a break from social media for a while to focus on a couple new clients, but I’m back- and with big news!

📢 Intuit just launched a new Quickbooks Online subscription level called Ledger. It’s for small businesses that only need to track basic income and expenses. This would be a step up from using Excel. The price is only $10/ month when subscribed through a certified ProAdvisor (like me!).
