The Birmingham Metro Baptist Association's CASH Ministry exists to empower churches and non-profits with reliable, cost-effective financial administration.

We provide cost-effective financial administration services for churches & nonprofits, including payroll, reporting, and recordkeeping, empowering ministries to reduce burdens and focus on their mission. We offer expert bookkeeping services that preserve each ministry's autonomy and financial control. Our mission is to lighten the administrative burden so ministries can focus more fully on their calling.

Meet the Team: Anna Ethridge - Volunteer-Data Entry

As a Volunteer with the CASH Ministries team, Anna contributes her time and expertise to support the ministry’s daily operations through precise and dependable data entry. Her attention to detail helps ensure that every financial record is handled with care and accuracy.

A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Anna brings more than 15 years of administrative and customer service experience, including roles in both ministry and business settings. Her background in bookkeeping, organization, and team leadership in an asset to our team.

Anna is proud to be part of the CASH team and finds deep fulfillment in giving her time to a cause she believes in. For her, contributing to a ministry built on honesty, trust, and service is both meaningful and rewarding.

Meet the Team: Madison Terrell - CASH Administrative Assistant

Madison plays a vital role in keeping financial processes running smoothly and accurately. Her primary responsibilities include distributing credit card account statements, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll journal entries. She's always eager to lend a hand wherever needed— helping ensure the team’s operations stay on track.

A recent graduate of the University of Montevallo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Madison brings both fresh insight and precision to her work. She considers it an accomplishment each month when deliverables are submitted punctually and with laser accuracy. Everything she does at CASH is a reflection of her commitment to stewardship and excellence.

What Madison finds most rewarding is the opportunity to serve both her teammates and the churches and ministries CASH supports. Whether she’s solving a problem or lightening someone else’s workload, she finds fulfillment in knowing her work strengthens the bandwidth and impact of those around her.
