Hi! Jenkins & Kemper, CPA's is looking for a part-time, detail-oriented, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT for our accounting firm in Downtown Bixby. Job duties include processing and issuing of purchase orders for appropriated and activity funds into our accounting software, issuing payments from those purchase orders and reviewing the coding of expenditures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, using Excel assisting with reconciling monthly account balances, and assisting in preparation of monthly financial reports.

A financial/bookkeeping background is a must! Some accounts payable experience is a plus but not mandatory. 25-29 hours per week. 4-5 days per week in the office.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
