Go big or go home!

Honestly, Loren was trying to go home, but Coleman had other thoughts…he went BIG! 🐻

The Snyder family enjoyed an evening at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. The rides 🎡, the animals 🐄, the food 🍦, and the games 🎈.

Some of those fair games, you are not supposed to win (the bottle ring toss…impossible, right?!) They literally dangle the huge prizes in front of the kids in temptation. Loren accepted he was handing them money 💵 for the kids’ entertainment. Until, “Coleman, you won!”

Fair games can be a lot like business successes. Social media “dangles” the “huge” prizes of cars 🚗 , money 💵 and success 💯out there. Most people never believe in themselves, and never play the game. Therefore, they never win the big prize.

In our experience, you SHOULD take strategic and calculated risks. Bet on yourself. Spend the “$20” on the game seeking the big prize. But if it doesn’t work out, have some reserves and a plan to fall back on.

Our last quarterly retreat was the perfect mix of productive meeting time and team bonding at Dan's home. Grateful for a great day of collaboration, planning, and connection outside the office.

Stepping away from our desks gave us the opportunity to share new ideas, strengthen relationships, and head into the next quarter energized and focused. 🏡🤝📈

No more training wheels for this kiddo! 🚲

Once he had the courage to try riding his bike without training wheels, it took him only 24 hours and 3 practice sessions to be riding with no assistance (thanks to the “towel trick”…look it up). Amazing!

Investing at market all-time highs takes courage, but the math supports it. Let me explain….

Since 1957, the market has hit a new all-time high 1300 times (another one today). If you do the math, that’s a new all-time high just over every 19 days!

History tells us time and time again, it’s about time in the market, not timing the market. Invest consistently for the long term, be “boring” and you will be amazed…but that doesn’t make for good media coverage.

Be brave, have courage to take off the training wheels, and ride with market history on your side!

“A tradition unlike any other.”

Received my annual, “Unfortunately, your entry was not selected this year.” from The Masters this morning.

Who knows what the demand for tickets is like but IF you get selected, the prices are very reasonable making this “bucket list item” doable for most people.

I’ve heard estimates The Masters misses out $300million+ of revenue by not gouging patrons on tickets/food, limited advertising/commercials, etc. Who knows the real number, but they could charge WAY more, if they wanted.

They certainly don’t need the revenue, but isn’t it nice to see a premium product and experience priced reasonably??

The 3C Group tries to do something similar by providing “World class wealth management with Hoosier hospitality (and pricing).” We can’t take on every person we talk to but we do our best to provide some level of service and advice for all those who reach out.

TOADally awesome! 🐸

Living in Downtoan Indy provides the Snyder family access and exposure to many new and regular adventures. But the past weekend they spent at a little slower pace, in the woods and near the water. 🌳 🎣

While playing outside, their boys encountered a toad. Don’t have those in Downtown Indy. 😬 Initially hesitant and even with a little trepidation (rare for them), they made a new friend, “Mario.”

They have now watched videos and read more about American Toads than they’d like to admit. Not sure how long this new friendship will last, but we are proud of the boys for being brave and learning about something/someone new and different.

Go experience something/someone different!
