Twenty-five years later, I still remember where I was that morning. I was in college getting ready for my morning classes when the towers were hit. Like so many others, I watched in disbelief.

Today we honor the victims, survivors, and first responders of September 11th, 2001.

Finished my first HYROX relay this weekend with an amazing team and the best cheer squad.

It was a great reminder that success is rarely achieved alone. Whether it's fitness, business, or financial planning, having the right people in your corner makes all the difference.

What made the experience special wasn't just crossing the finish line. It was the months of training, the accountability, the encouragement, the friendly competition, and the people who showed up to cheer us on every step of the way.

As a financial planner, I often talk about the power of consistency and compounding. HYROX felt like a real-world example of both. The race itself lasted a couple of hours, but the result was built through countless small efforts over time.

The same principles apply to many of life's goals. Progress often comes from showing up, staying committed, and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you, support you, and celebrate your successes.

Grateful for the teammates who trained and competed alongside me, and for the friends and family who brought the energy from the sidelines.

Here's to setting new goals, embracing new challenges, and continuing to grow together.
