That was the car in front of me at the gas station. Pretty funny. :) I guess that's what we all wish this tax season, less taxes, bigger refund, smaller balance due. We can't get away with paying no taxes, but be proactive, check with your accountant, what you can do to save on taxes for you and your family!

Why financial transparency matters?

No matter what your age, finances is an important conversation to have with your spouse, partner, girlfriend/boyfriend. It might be an uncomfortable subject to discuss for some couples, but don't leave it off the table, just because it is not easy subject to talk about or brings out an argument.

Research from Indiana University Kelley School of Business shows that married couples who merge their finances actually tend to have higher-quality relationships.

This is because financial transparency creates a foundation of trust, allowing couples to align their goals, make informed decisions and prevent the kind of misunderstandings that can drive a wedge between them.
