Arkansas MMJ 2025: Record Year Wrapped 🌿

Arkansas hit a new annual sales record in 2025, reaching $291.1M in medical ma*****na purchases, up $15M from 2024.

December closed strong with $25.7M in sales and 7,009 lbs purchased statewide.

The program ended the year with 115,113 active patient cards and 79,223 lbs sold overall.

Medical cannabis also generated $32.3M in state tax revenue in 2025.

Top December dispensaries included Suite 443, Natural Relief, CROP, Custom Cannabis, and Harvest.

How to Get Your MMJ Card in Arkansas?

Getting your MMJ card in Arkansas is more straightforward than many people expect. Having an active card is the only way to ensure legal, regulated access to your medicine.

• Confirm you have a qualifying medical condition.
• Patients must be 18+. Caregivers may apply on behalf of minors.
• Schedule a visit with a certifying physician.
• Receive your written certification.
• Upload your certification and Arkansas ID to the state portal.
• Pay the $50 application fee and await approval.

Online applications are preferred and typically processed faster.
