AI Bubble, Boom...or Both? Wall Street spent the past three years rewarding companies for promising an AI-powered future.
Now investors are asking a different question. When will hundreds of billions of dollars of AI spending begin translating into stronger earnings?
Here's what caught my attention. While the Magnificent Seven stumbled this month, money didn't leave the stock market. It rotated.
The next trillion dollars may be spent less on software and more on the physical infrastructure powering AI:
• Data centers, Electricity, Copper, Utilities, Construction, Networking, Industrial companies
History reminds us that every major technology revolution goes through the same cycle. Excitement. Massive investment. Consolidation. Then the long-term winners emerge.
That doesn't necessarily mean AI is another Dot-com Bubble. It may simply mean the next chapter will look very different from the first.
