The Top 5 Things to Bring to Your Tax Interview
It's not everything, but it is the most important stuff!
What are the things you should absolutely bring to your 2013 Tax Interview? It's that time again, and here's a list of the top 5 most important items to have with you:
1.Social Security Cards for you, your spouse and your children and everyone's dates of birth and everyone's health Insurance information. And a valid license or state id is a good idea.
2.All W-2s for each wage or salaried job held during 2012 along with records of tip income And W-2Gs or if you have any gambling winnings from 2012.
3.All forms that start with the number 1098 (especially 1098T for tuition and 1098E for student loan interest) or 1099 (includes 1099R, 1099Misc, 1099SA, 1099Int, 1099Div, etc.)
4.Letter from a doctor if a child or parent is disabled.
5.Deduction evidence such as medical records, mortgage and real estate/personal tax information, evidence of charitable contributions and deductible employee expenses
