Our Fun Committee is best known for planning the team-building events and activities that help make Johnson Messal Bristow a great place to work, but they also play an important role in coordinating our community give-back efforts throughout the year.

The committee helps organize many of the opportunities our team has to support local nonprofits and causes that matter to us. One of those traditions is our annual food drive benefiting Our Daily Bread. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, we were able to collect a wonderful assortment of food donations to help support members of our community facing food insecurity.

We are proud of a team that enjoys spending time together, giving back together, and finding ways to make a positive impact beyond the office.

Kobe recently completed his second internship with our firm and will soon graduate with his Bachelor's degree this August.

Throughout his internships, he has consistently earned the respect and appreciation of both his teammates and our clients.

Even as a second-year intern, Kobe has demonstrated impressive leadership by helping guide and support our first-year interns. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and bright personality make him a joy to work with and a valuable part of our team.

Josselyn's journey with our firm began as an intern in 2020. While her first internship was unexpectedly cut short by the pandemic, she returned the following year to complete her internship and has been an integral part of our team ever since.

This year marked another significant milestone in her professional growth as she earned her Enrolled Agent (EA) credential, demonstrating her dedication to continued learning and excellence in serving our clients.

In addition to her technical expertise, Josselyn is a valued member of our Team Culture Committee, helping create opportunities for connection, team building, and workplace engagement. She is also incredibly well-loved by our clients for her calm, reassuring presence and her ability to help navigate even the most challenging tax situations with confidence and care.

Josselyn's story is a wonderful example of growth, perseverance, and the opportunities that can come from investing in talented people. From intern to EA to Tax Supervisor, we couldn't be prouder of all she has accomplished.
