Buying our dream house is our life time investment and it is not a easy process if we are unfamiliar with current real estate market and how factors could impact our day to day living, particularly interest rate , our borrowing capacity (income) and credit scores.

Don’t only look from one perspective like advertised lower interest rate and how much cash back will be available . You never know what exactly - your APR will be which has true cost of mortgage. Also- you may loose bargain power and other options following one way traffic of Interest and cash back offer.

Look from the Accounting and economic analytical point to see how you can save money or can lower your monthly payment. Ultimately that’s the goal for every aspiring home buyer I believe.

As a CPA- Enrolled Agent and your Tax Advisor - and ultimately a Loan Officer , I make sure , you get the best possible avenue of mortgage which not only help you to find comfortable and competitive APR but also provides the right solution of effective tax planning at year end .
