🔔 Important Announcement: Extension of ERC Statute of Limitations

📣 The Enhanced Employee Retention Credit (ERC) continues to be in the spotlight, with instances of fraud emerging frequently. ERC Mills persist in their efforts to sway businesses, often persuading them falsely regarding their eligibility for the credit.

🚀 Responding to the prevalent fraud, the IRS has just taken a significant stride by extending the repayment timeline by an additional 2 years, irrespective of the original statute of limitations. What used to be a 3-year window has now been prolonged to 5 years.

⏱️ We wouldn't be surprised if we witness further extensions, reminiscent of the 10-year statute of limitations recently applied to PPP and EIDL in 2022.
