I have posted a link on this page if anyone wants to unenroll from the advanced child tax credit. You will have to do this by the 30th of July 2021 to prevent another payment in August.

When you file your taxes for 2021, you will have to disclose to your tax professional how much you received in advanced payments. The processing of your tax return will be held up if the amount you report does not match the IRS"s files.

If you receive more money than you should have, you could be required to pay it back thru a balance due on your tax return.

Unenroll if you don’t want to get advance Child Tax Credit payments or check if you’re enrolled.

For those of you looking for your stimulus payment, the first wave has been sent to those with direct deposit. On April 17 the IRS is going to have a link called "Get My Payment" where you will be able to enter direct deposit information for those who receive paper checks for refunds. Update: The tax filing deadline has been pushed back to July 15, 2020. The first quarter payroll taxes are continuing on schedule to be due by April 30. I have been getting calls from clients inquiring about the paid sick leave to their employees. I am looking into this and will update when I know more. Thanks..Everyone stay safe and home.

To those who have ITINS, check the expiration date!!! If it has expired, please come see me for the processing of the renewal application. This is extremely important!
