‼️TOMORROW IS THE DEADLINE‼️

If we have called to let you know your taxes are finished please come in to sign, pay, and pick up. If you have not picked up by closing time tomorrow night, your taxes will NOT be filed. We are still cash or check only.

We are open today until 5, tomorrow 9-5, and we do take a lunch break from 12:30-1:30. After we close tomorrow we will not reopen until May 12th.

Just a quick update on our office hours:

We will be open next Wednesday, April 15th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

We will then be closed from April 16th through May 11th. Calls will be returned and extensions will be worked on after we reopen.

Billie’s Tax Service will be open tomorrow, April 3rd on Good Friday. The April 15th deadline is quickly approaching! If you have received a call that your taxes are ready, please come in to sign and pay so that they can be E-filed. Without signatures and payment they will NOT be filed.

Also this Friday March 20th is the last day we will be taking drop offs that are guaranteed to be done by the April 15th deadline. You can still drop off after Friday but they will be put on an extension.

Just letting everyone know that we are already at 3 to 3 1/2 weeks out from the time you drop off to the time we get them done. Also, Friday, March 20th will be the last day we will be accepting drop offs to guarantee completion by April 15th. Anything after that date will more than likely be put on an extension.

📢Announcements!

Our Answering Machine was down for a little while and just fixed. If you tried to call and haven’t heard back from us, please call again.

The IRS will currently still take paper checks as payment for taxes due, however they will only send refunds to your bank account.

If you are claiming a qualified energy credit for 2025, you must provide us with a QMID for the item(windows, exterior doors, furnace,etc). This can be tricky to get and may require contacting the company directly.
