The Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) is a NEW requirement for LLCs, C-Corporations, S-Corporations and Partnerships. Yes, even if you opened an LLC or partnership to buy real estate or try a side gig, you must file.

If you earn $200k or less, this is for you: today IRS opens up for e-filing. But we've got to consider whether filing today is best for you, or if holding off will make you more money. Here's why:

The Biden Administration is working on the 3rd round of direct stimulus payments. Payment amount will be based on your 2019 or 2020 tax return. If your 2020 income is more than 2019, you'll probably get a lower stimulus payment. If that's true, it's best to hold off filing until you get the payment.

What if your income in 2020 will be less than 2019: file now! You'll probably be eligible for a larger payment!
