Claim up to $2,000 (married filing joint or $1,000 for single folks) on top of your standard deduction for cash contributions (cash, check, Cash App, etc - just not for stuff donated) made in 2026.

You have been waiting, and we are so excited to announce that we will be in our new location on Monday, January 5, 2026, in Grundy!! All of our employees, spouses and very special friends all have come together the last two weekends to make this a reality. A special thanks to the contractors, painters and cleaning help that have also made the space go from 4 walls to a new home.

The new address is 1163 Riverview Street, Grundy VA (next to the Subway at Walmart). We will have better visibility, better parking, two large conference rooms all to better serve you - our friends and family in Grundy Virginia! We are still waiting on signs and a few decor items, but will have a formal open house to invite you all in as soon as those things come in.

We have held you all in suspense for as long as we can stand it!!! We are so excited to let you know...🥁

WE ARE MOVING OUR GRUNDY OFFICE!!! 🎉

We are so excited to share with you that we will be moving our Grundy office from our current home at 21026 Riverside Drive to the Town Center. We will be in the location next to Subway in front of Walmart in Grundy. We are excited to provide you with more parking, better visibility, and a fresh updated space!

During the rest of this year, we will be working on building out two conference rooms and additional office spaces to best serve you at this new location. Once we are finished, we will be hosting an open house to share our new space with you as soon as the move is complete. So, look forward to the announcement of those upcoming dates as well!

Thank you all for supporting us and making this move possible! We love our community in Grundy!

We want to give everyone a heads up that our offices will be closed on Monday, September 29th, for our annual Girls' Day Out event! 🎉 Every year, we like to take a day for team building, which is more important than ever since our team has grown so much this year.
Last year, our team got to work up a sweat throwing axes at the Axe and Ale House in Bristol, VA before cooling off at Lakeview Dock.
This year, our team is excited to explore Wytheville, VA while working together on a wild and wacky scavenger hunt. If this year is anything like our past scavenger hunts, we will have some hilarious photos to post for you all! So keep an eye out!

We want to say a big thank you to all of our clients and colleagues! Stephen W Gooch PC has experienced a lot of growth this year, and the changes just keep coming. Our team cannot help but reflect on these blessings.

We started as a tiny firm in Grundy, Virginia in 2010. Over the years, we found where our hearts lie and sharpened our focus to real estate, estate planning, and business law. In 2020, we opened an office in Bristol, Tennessee. In 2023, we gained a new location in Pounding Mill, Virginia. Just this year, we expanded all the way to Lexington, Virginia. Our team and our client base has grown tremendously in recent years, but we always remember where we started.

Please keep your eyes open for a big announcement regarding our Grundy office coming a little later this year. We cannot give the details now, but we are excited to get back to our roots and show our Grundy team some love!
