The PRESIDENT shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Association and, subject to the Board
of Directors, shall have general and direct supervision of the management and operation of the
business and affairs of the Association, and shall perform such other duties as may from time to
time be assigned by the Board. The President shall co-execute all written contracts with
another elected officer, co-sign checks (with the Treasurer), and execute other obligations for
the Association and perform all other such duties as are incident to this office.
The VICE-PRESIDENT shall oversee all parliamentary procedures of membership meeting, both
common and general; shall preside over any meetings whenever the President is unavailable;
and shall fill the position, duties and responsibilities of the office of President in the event that a
vacancy should occur in such position, and fulfill such position until such time as a new
President is elected, as provided for in these By-Laws. The Vice-President shall be allowed to
run for President should a special election be needed to full such position.
The SECRETARY shall attend all meetings of the Board of Directors and all meetings of the
Members and record all the proceedings of such meetings in a book to be kept for that purpose.
The Secretary shall give, or cause to be give, Notice of all meetings of the Members and special
meetings of the Board of Directors, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by
the Board of Directors or President. The Secretary shall have custody of the Corporate Seal of
the Association and shall have authority to affix same to any instrument requiring it and, when
so affixed, to attest same by signature. The Secretary shall maintain a current list of Members
and shall issue Membership Certificates to Members. The Board of Directors may give general
authority to any other officer to affix the seal of the Association and to attest the affixing by such
officerβs signature.
The TREASURER shall oversee and keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements
of the Association in books belonging to the Association and shall co-sign all checks with the
President. The Treasurer shall also be responsible for all administrative duties pertaining to the
collection of membership dues, including but not limited to, collection dues, assessing fines,
sending late notices, filing liens; and shall perform such other duties and have such other
powers as the Board of Directors may from time to time prescribe.

Enrichment- Holiday decor and Yard of the Month contests, Welcome Bags, and annual newsletter.
Web Master/Social- Control of Social Media and Website. Organizes and executes, with the team work from the Board, The Easter Picnic.
Covenants- Send reminders, warnings, and/or fine letters to residents as needed to ensure adherence of neighborhood covenants.
Architectural- Answers questions about remodels on exteriors and adding extensions.
Parks and Rec- Manages maintenance of the parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities. Works with vendors and contractors to ensure proper upkeep. Enforces rules and regulations and supports budget planning for recreational-related projects.
