Compensation: $39,000 – $58,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate advisor calendars and confirm client appointments with accuracy
• Answer phones promptly, warmly, and professionally—ensuring clients always feel valued
• Greet clients and provide a welcoming office environment
• Maintain the highest duty of confidentiality with all client information and office matters
• Support advisors at events and seminars, including set-up and client assistance
• Manage office logistics, supplies, and maintain organized digital files
