We are excited to announce that on August 1, Freed Maxick joined its practice with Withum, a nationally recognized CPA and advisory firm ranking in the top 25 firms in the country. Our 36 partners and approximately 325 team members will join the Withum roster and remain at our three locations in Buffalo, Rochester and Batavia, NY.

Thank you for a great tour and the real world industry behind the scenes look for our MAX Interns, Confer Plastics, Inc.!

Today, we were toured by summer interns from the accounting firm used by our company -- Freed Maxick.

Freed likes to show their interns, who are still in college, the operations of their clients so they can get an outside-of-the-classroom, beyond-the-ledger understanding of all the various drivers behind the numbers and principles they learn about in their studies and work. We discussed all sorts of accounting and finance matters as related to manufacturing -- inventory, cost accounting, cash flow, taxes, investment, and much more.

We wish them the best as they progress through the internship and their college careers.
