If you have not filed your taxes from 2020 to current, there is a new Supreme Court that mandates that all penalties for not filing be waived for 2021-2023 due to Covid. This only includes penalties, not interest. The requirement is that you have to file form 843 with the IRS before July 10, 2026 to request Abatement. If this form is not filed before this date, you will not be able to get your penalties waived. THIS IS A DROP DEAD DATE. Even if you have not filed your tax return for those years, we can still file the form, then you can file those years! This is HUGE! It will save you a ton of money and help you get into compliance.

So the time is finally here! We are finally done with construction and ready to opening the office. The office opens tomorrow at 10am!! 2580 Hwy 95 suite 111, we are in the Colorado plaza on the 95 side between The Thai restaurant and the old Sears! Hours are Monday through Thursday 10am till 2pm. Come by and see us and say hello! Don’t worry, our hours will change during tax season! lol
