One of the perks of being your own boss is the ability to balance personal life with work life. I had the privilege of going to The Northwest High School Class of 2026 Signing Day to support our own senior. Signing Day is a tradition that allows our students to publicly announce what their future plans are and is a way for the school, their parents, and their classmates to cheer them on and wish them well.

As we've walked this process with our own children and learned to navigate the overwhelming steps before them, we've had several parents share how unprepared they felt when it came to navigating post-high school planning and decisions.

If you have a student who is facing these choices, and you want some guidance or assistance in how to get your finances ready for whatever path they choose to take, we will be hosting a series of free, in-person seminars this summer designed to help parents create a clear "educational plan" for their children- no matter their current age- to set them up for a successful transition after high school.
