Good Morning everyone the end of 2025 has come and gone. I hope that this post finds you all happy and healthy.

The new tax season is upon us. The office will officially open on January 5. If you have any questions or wish to make an appointment you can call the office at 315-367-0001.

Our policy has not changed we offer drop off service which is very popular and/or face to face appointments.

As more information comes to light regarding any new IRS or New York State breaks or benefits I will pass them on to you.

I want to thank each and everyone that supported my business over the past years and I wish each and every one a very Happy and prosperous New Year!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone

This is just a friendly reminder that we are approaching the end of the tax season that of course does not include those that have already filed an extension for the 24 tax year

There are exactly 25 days left for the normal filing deadline so I am letting you all know that if you have not dropped off your information or scheduled an appointment that now is the time to do that otherwise you may risk having to file an extension on your taxes for this year.

Good morning everyone I am hoping that everyone has had a wonderful holiday both Christmas and New Year’s

The office has officially opened as of today, January 2 and the tax season has begun .

Evening Everyone...Today it came to my attention that my business cell phone has not been working... I was surprised that since April 15 the last day of tax season that I had no calls.

The problem has now been corrected. I want to apologize for any inconvenience and to assure you that you were not being ignored.

Good morning everyone I hope everyone is enjoying this good weather. I know that I haven’t posted in a while but I’m going to give you some little bit of update
We are halfway through the tax season as everybody probably knows and now it’s going to get down to the last half rush some things that you need to know those of you that have S-Corps or Partnerships , your tax returns are due by March 15, Sales Tax also comes due in March on the 20th and that is for a quarterly filer and full year files so If you haven’t gotten that information gathered up. I think you should be soon.

One of the things that we have found out is that New York State is requiring electronic filing of your Sales Tax. We had a client come in yesterday with a letter and his return check with his Sales Tax stating that they are not excepting paper filed sales tax returns

For all you tax day procrastinators, deadline to file this year is April 18th. This is especially important if you believe you will owe the IRS or State. If you don't file timely, there is a Failure to File penalty in addition to a Failure to Pay penalty. The Failure to File is a steeper penalty. So when in doubt (even if you can't pay) still file on time to avoid that additional penalty.
