If you don’t know me, I’m incredibly competitive, especially when it comes to contests.

Last year, the Florida Land Title Association decided to have a friendly competition among the vendors to see who could capture the conference theme the best.

Sadly, we didn’t win, but we sure gave it our all.

Our friends at Elite Property Research absolutely killed it and took home the much-deserved win.

This year’s theme is “Launchpad to the Future.”

Normally, I wouldn’t show my hand this early, but I’m so excited about what we came up with that I just had to share it. Don't worry, we still have a few tricks up our sleeve.

Of course, we considered all the cliché space references:

“Our customer service is out of this world.”

“Houston, we have a FIRPTA problem.”

But none of them landed quite right.

No pun intended.

Then it hit me:

FIRPTA IS OUR WORLD.

Four simple words that perfectly fit this year’s theme but, more importantly, couldn’t be more true for us.

We live and breathe FIRPTA every day, and we’re incredibly proud of what we do.

We can’t wait to see everyone in November!

Happy Birthday to the one and only Melissa, the first face you see when you walk in the office. In baseball terms, she would be considered our utility player. There's nothing she can't do! We are so incredibly proud to have her as a member of our team. Happy Birthday! 🎂🎈🩷

Usually Julie is the one getting spoiled by our clients, but this time Marc got the goods! 🐼🥢

One of our Chinese clients gifted him this adorable set of panda bear chopsticks, and they are seriously too cute.

If we haven’t said it lately… we love our job, and we really love our clients! ❤️ We get to work with some of the sweetest people from all over the world, and we’re so grateful for the little connections that come along with what we do.

Happy 3 year workiversary, Alex! I joke around and say that if you ever quit, I'm going to retire, but there's a lot of truth in those words. You are the glue that holds us together and I don't want to "do FIRPTA" without you. Thank you for being such a loyal, hardworking, and trustworthy employee and friend.
