This all began in December of 2014 trying to complete the planning of my first born son Zae’s very first birthday party. I wanted to buy Toy Story handmade goody bags on Etsy but felt as if the merchant was overcharging and decided to make them myself. inuous support. I appreciate it more than any one could know, as this has made a way for me to better provide for my now three little boys, Zadrien, Zyler & Zakiaus. I can hand make or create almost anything so please feel free to contact me with any and all ideas, I will do my best to accommodate you. I can get overwhelmed with orders in peak season please allow at least 3 weeks notice before the date of your event to ensure I have the time to complete your decorations. REFUND POLICY: Please understand that I hand make items custom to your party needs, all of my creations can be very time consuming to make with respect to material cost as well.. therefore I do not offer full refunds. If you are not satisfied with my work for any reason I can offer you your deposit back equal to half of the total discussed. I will issue a full refund ONLY if I am unable to complete your order and get it to you by the date we agreed upon OR if something came up financially because I understand things happen and you can no longer comfortably afford it ONLY IF I am able to return supplies and haven't already began to work on your order.
