Spreadsheets by morning. Three-legged races by afternoon. Teamwork all day.

This week, our SFS team took time to reflect on where we've been, celebrate what we've accomplished, and focus on where we're headed next. As we continue embracing our 2026 word of the year—Amplify—we challenged ourselves to amplify our impact, our relationships, our collaboration, and the value we bring to our clients every day.

We also had the opportunity to support a great local organization, Matthew 25's Groundswell Cafe, for lunch—because investing in our community is just as important as investing in our team.

Then came the SFS Picnic Triathlon... where strategy met athleticism (or at least enthusiasm 😂). Egg tosses, three-legged races, and trivia reminded us that teamwork isn't just something we talk about—it's something we practice.

⛳️ The SFS team had an amazing time supporting Foundation 2 Crisis Servicesation 2 Crisis Services at this year’s Putts for Prevention in Downtown Cedar Rapids! What a fun afternoon filled with mini golf, laughter, community connection, and support for such an important mission. Foundation 2 continues to make a tremendous impact through crisis prevention, mental health care, and su***de prevention services across Iowa.

This year, Team SFS was proudly represented by Kristin Bullock, Jamie Scheff Meyers, Toni Stone, and Mikki Dotzler Strelow — and as always, we were honored to be both participants and proud sponsors of the event. 💙
