September looks a little different across Western Colorado this year.🍂

With drought conditions impacting farms, ranches and businesses throughout our area, income and expenses may look different than they have in years past. Higher feed costs, fewer resources, changing expenses or simply a tighter year can make knowing your numbers even more important.

That’s where Out West Bookkeeping can help.

From bookkeeping and payroll to sales tax, invoicing, reports and QuickBooks support, we can help you keep a clear picture of where your business stands, even when the year doesn’t go quite as planned.

Local business supporting the hardworking people and businesses of the Western Slope.

Here’s to hoping for some much-needed moisture this fall. 🌧️

💵 CASH ≠ PROFIT

Seeing money in the bank doesn’t always mean your business is making money.

Cash is what you have available right now.
Profit is what your business earned after expenses.

And yes... you can be profitable on paper and still be short on cash!

Understanding the difference is a big part of knowing your numbers. 📊

Not sure you can trust yourself? Let us help you!
