Big News Finally!!! Look for a letter in your email in the next few days, but we are officially moved. After months of no phone service at all; we have switched providers. Today is the first day we have had phones since October!! We still have access to 480-626-6800 for a little while but the new office phone number is 602-809-6095. Our new address is 2227 W Pecos Rd Suite 6 Chandler, AZ 85224. Our website is up (and changing) but you can still schedule appointments there.

A short note to our clients:
This past year was a difficult one for us, but we pushed through and came out on top. Things look a little different at ACP now, but what remains is that Jessica is back happy, healthy, and catching up on a ton of work. She is working diligently to get everyone caught up, and reaching out to everyone, so please be patient. This year was a lot of personal trials Jessica had to work through. We are absolutely still open, and she is back to taking appointments. In order to serve our current clients first her schedule is not available online. You need to call ACP at 480-626-6800 or email Julie at [email protected] to schedule. We are working first on a few outstanding drop offs from earlier this year. ACP will be here for all of your accounting needs, we just needed Jessica at her best, and rest assured that is where she is now.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that Alyssa Eichenberg is starting her own side business!!! If any of you are in need of an experienced and certified babysitter let her know. She made these little rack cards and her own business cards. She is CPR Certified and can drive..lol. That was always a hard one for us to find when she was little.

Hello All!!! The last couple weeks have been rough ones at our office. We have been gone a lot because at some point our whole office had tested positive for Covid. If you know of any restaurants, bars, food trucks, etc that sales were down for part of last year then they should run to the SBA website. There is a new grant opportunity there and it does include businesses that incurred expenses but didn't open. The website and portal is super user friendly and has lots of examples there.

This program provides emergency assistance for eligible restaurants, bars, and other qualifying businesses impacted by COVID-19.

This is the very reason we have suggested not applying for forgiveness yet!! The guidelines for the PPP have continued to change. We are hoping that there is a little more clarity on the recent changes, and then we can began advising clients to begin the process.

Latest guidance for PPP loans allows self-employed businesses and firms with one employee to now receive “check the box” loan forgiveness.

This is a great article about the current payroll tax information. We are still waiting on some guidance about electing in or out and what that may look like. We hope to be sending an email this week with more information.
