Education: Sydney is a senior at Slippery Rock University, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Business Analytics.

On the Job: She’s been helping with the Chester Volunteer Fire Department Fall Bash and collaborating with her team on client projects like email marketing and content creation.

Her favorite aspect of True North is being part of a company that prioritizes innovation and customer experience.

What She's Gaining: She's focused on learning more about digital marketing and getting hands-on experience with client campaigns alongside her team.

Hobbies: When she's off the clock, Sydney loves playing softball, traveling, baking, and reading.

She has been a vital part of the team for roughly 11 to 12 years.

Productivity Secret: Resetting with a walk! When she feels flustered by a busy workload, she takes quick walks around the building or runs down to the cafe for a Diet Coke to recenter herself. 🏃♀️🥤

Behind the Scenes
Fun Fact: Back in the fourth grade, Mackenzie shattered her elbow at a playground.
😆Hardware Included: Because of that childhood injury, she now has permanent screws and hardware holding her elbow together.

She is currently loving lake time on the boat with her family and the stage of life she is in with her 9-year-old and 1-year-old! 👥

Education: Luke just graduated from West Virginia Northern Community College with a degree in Cybersecurity and Cyber Support.

Current Mission: He is working directly with the BITS team to develop an AI chatbot that helps onboarding interns get familiar with the company.

💼He loves the freedom to navigate his workspace and have a real say in how he handles his projects.

Ultimate Goal: He's here to gain solid work experience and see exactly how a real company functions behind the scenes.
