Last month we welcomed Kelley with the Leadership Growth Formula back to Thousand CPA! Our team spent two full days focused on individual growth, team development, communication, and becoming stronger together.

It’s always valuable to step away from our normal routines and dedicate time to learning more about ourselves and the people we work alongside every day. We had great conversations, learned a lot, shared plenty of laughs, and walked away with new ideas and tools we can continue putting into practice.

We were thrilled to host a Client Appreciation Event at the office during the Blue Angels Air Show. Between the breathtaking performances, great food, and even better company, it was a fantastic opportunity to spend time with the clients who make what we do so rewarding.

One of the best parts of our business is building relationships that go beyond tax returns and financial statements. Events like this allow us to step away from the office routine, connect with our clients and their families, and simply enjoy a memorable day together.
