If you're following the recent news on a "stock market meltdown" or "the biggest drop since 2022," here's a reminder: If you are investing long term, before considering panic selling, remember that unless a Zombie Apocalypse occurs...

The S&P 500 WILL reach another all-time high. It might happen soon or take a bit longer, but the recovery is inevitable, leading to more All-Time Highs.

There were already over 31 S&P 500 All time Highs in 2024...and it's August.

I prefer to stay focused on the long-term perspective rather than reacting impulsively to short-term fluctuations. The current discounted prices of stocks can be viewed as an opportunity for those with a long-term investment strategy.

But what if the market drops more? I will undoubtedly buy more!
