I started out working in a Franchise Office of a Major Tax Firm in Jackson, CA tax season 2002 as a Tax Preparer. When I moved to Arizona in 3004, I got hired by another franchise owner of the same company in Prescott Valley, AZ. When the owner bought the Chino Valley Store I was promoted to Office Leader. My goal was to help make our office stand out so that our clients would refer other clien

ts, I believe going above and beyond for my clients and that everyone in my office should do the same. When you pay for our services, it includes the whole ride.....meaning....if you get a letter from the IRS or State bring it in to us and we will help you make the call and/or write a response to the letter. I don't believe we should give our clients the number to IRS and walk them out the door. Having been a secret shopper for many years, I learned fast how important customer service was in making or breaking a business. It isn't all about business though...care and compassion is something that I have always given my clients. I also believe that not only a thorough initial interview is important but also a face to face every year. There are tax law changes and updates yearly and your situation could change without you knowing if you don't sit down and let us pick your brain a little. I promise it will be painless and so worth it in making sure you get all the deductions you deserve. Coming on board with me this year is one of the smartest, most genuine people I have ever been blessed to know, Introducing January Martinez who will be preparing taxes as well as wearer of many hats! If you aren't happy with the preparation of your (unfiled) tax return then you will be given your original documents back with no charge and no hassle. We will be open as needed, offering special after hour appts 7 days a week. When W-2s start getting released we will be open as needed 7 days a week. We look forward to doing business with you!
