Good morning everyone,
This note may require a few moments to read. As Tax Tyme's receptionist, I've had the privilege of engaging with many of you over the past two years. Witnessing Jeff's dedication, expertise, and compassion towards our clients has been genuinely inspiring.
Tax Tyme's beginnings were humble, founded at our kitchen table. It's heartwarming to see long-standing relationships among our clients. Jeff's commitment to maintaining personal connections has made him cautious about expanding our team but we know it is now needed.
Our growth, driven by referrals, has highlighted the need for process improvements to uphold our service standards. This year, Jeff's injury and related appointments have necessitated adjustments. Your understanding and support have meant a lot to us.
We apologize for occasional delays in message responses. Jeff's direct contact information has sometimes been used, leading to an overwhelming volume of messages across the numerous platforms.
To enhance communication efficiency please email [email protected] for tax-related matters, utilize the Tax Tyme page for messages, and call (218) 254-3586 for phone inquiries.
Your cooperation in using these channels will enable us to respond more promptly.
Given our current setup, we're optimizing our workflow for managing messages and drop-off returns. Your understanding is appreciated.
As the tax season wraps up, I'll miss our interactions but am confident that our team will be better equipped next season to address your tax questions.
You're welcome to visit me at Moonlyte Brewing Co. if you're in the area and miss my smiling face.
Sincerely
Ms Tax Tyme, soon to be Ms Moonlyte 😁
