As summer wraps up, we're proud to highlight the hard work and growth of our interns Isabelle, Joe, and Eli here at Horter Investment Management!
Joe shared: "During my summer internship at Horter Investment Management, I gained valuable technical and professional experience by working on advanced Excel projects with a variety of additional systems and participating in company meetings. These experiences improved my understanding of the industry, improved my business communication skills, and exposed me to key financial terminology. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to learn from the Horter team and develop skills that will support my future career in business and finance."
Eli reflected: "During my summer internship at Horter, I gained valuable knowledge in the field of wealth management and investment. I enjoyed working on various projects working in excel while examining AUM numbers and CRM data as well as researching recent trends in the wealth management community to discover what is driving growth for firms. This experience has allowed me to grow professionally and expand on my options for a career path. I want to thank the entire Horter team for this great experience and for making me feel welcome this summer!"
Isabelle wrote: "With my time at Horter, I learned essential team building skills, such as sharing ideas, resolving conflict, team work, and more. I also learned what it's like working in different departments and how they all collaborate together."
