Never a dull moment in Federal Commerce law... Also, this was enacted because politicians were not reporting income in the first place, not average business owners. So, yes, we still have to comply even though it's unconstitutional.

FYI - the IRS has announced e-file will open January 29th this year. If you have your docs, we can still prepare ahead of that and we offer tax refund financing to pay your refund early and pay us at the same time.
