7 months you say?
This a just as much a reminder to myself as anyone who has "closed a lead" with no communication from a buyer after a given time. We never truly know what they are going through. Or sometimes we do and juat give up.
May this be a reminder to never give up on a client. Continued communication, New promos, new pricing, new lower rates. It pays financially
And it certainly pays in the warm fuzzies. Knowing I had a small part in one of the biggest decisions they will ever make.
