We’re proud to share that our Managing Partner, Paul Fox, has been recognized as a 2026 Gold Community Service Award recipient by the MassMutual Foundation.
In honor of Paul’s volunteer leadership and impact, the MassMutual Foundation awarded a $10,000 donation to The Cleveland Project Northern Ireland (The Cleveland Project), an organization dedicated to expanding opportunity through education, mentorship and sport for young people in Cleveland and Northern Ireland. 🌍🏀
For Paul, this mission is deeply personal.
Having grown up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during a period of conflict, Paul experienced firsthand how division can shape communities. When longtime friend and The Cleveland Project founder Shane Donnelly launched an initiative centered around bringing young people together through basketball, Paul immediately connected with the purpose behind it.
“When young people learn, compete and grow alongside one another, barriers begin to break down in meaningful ways. That is what makes The Cleveland Project so powerful.”
The Cleveland Project uses sport and education to foster mentorship, cultural exchange and leadership development among young athletes, helping create connection and opportunity across communities on both sides of the Atlantic. 🤝
