Our team has priorities, and when a client has a tax deadline coming up, apparently not even a robbery makes the list. 😂

Planning season starts in the fall, and it always opens with the same question: what did the last twelve months actually do?

That question is simple to ask and uncomfortable to sit with when the last stretch of transactions is still uncategorized. An event planner heading into her busiest quarter knows roughly what came in and roughly what went out. Looking for someone who will explain your numbers to you is a different search than looking for someone to file them.

Olivia Taylor is the owner of Coral Heart Counseling.
