I don't know about you all.. but we are totally over this bitter cold, wind, and snow🥶
Since we were homebound Sunday and Monday, we had some more time to discuss something we've been debating on for awhile now... opening more days. Its a big step because we would obviously have to hire more help and it would become a bit of a different operation for us.
We were wanting to feel it out with our customer base before jumping to any decisions. We've slowly been growing and we think more accessibility may help us in growing even more. Being that we are in a small town, we do worry if we can increase traffic/business enough to justify the extra payroll, expenses, ect that comes along with more days.
Our goal would be to provide breadsticks, regular sourdough, sweets, select pastries, and coffee each day.. with the weekends having more specialty items, like inclusion loaves, bagels, and cinnamon rolls.
