If you have an S-Corp, Partnership OR Corporation, your business tax return is due March 15th!

📅 We are currently FULLY BOOKED for business tax appointments between now and March 15th.

✅ We are still accepting:
• Drop-offs
• Document uploads through our secure client portal

These will still be completed by the March 15th deadline.

After March 15th, we are continuing to accept in-office appointments for personal tax returns due April 15th.

Idaho House Bill 559 aligns state tax law with the federal
“One Big Beautiful Bill Act”.
It retroactively applies to Jan.1, 2025, adopting most federal tax changes.

If you have already filed your 2025 Idaho income tax return the Idaho State Tax Commission is currently developing a plan to help you and other early filers claim the new deductions. There could be a delay in state refunds.

E-file services pause Nov 25 – Jan 28. If you still need to file your 2024 taxes, make sure to e-file before Nov 25 to avoid delays. After that, only mail-in returns will be accepted — and processing times are much longer.
