NWPOA - North West Property Owners Alliance NWPOA (North West Property Owners Alliance) came to be after we learned of the over regulatory proposed ULUC in Kootenai County, ID.

(2012) Our mission is to protect and preserve property rights against intrusive governmental regulations. North West Property Owners Alliance was formed in late July 2012, with the purpose of providing a collective voice for rural county property owners over the north west region. Our work is based in issues regarding: property rights, privacy, taxes, land use, building codes, septic and water rights regulations. Good country folk coming together to make sure our interests are protected.
